Julie LampieAs the Nutrition and Marketing Specialist for Tufts Dining, Julie has over 25 years of experience in creating menus that are healthy and on-trend for Tufts’ residential dining program. She developed a well-established and respected allergen program that has provided student’s with the resources to manage their food allergies when eating on campus. Julie maintains the department’s nutrition and inventory data base, which is integral to Tufts’ allergen identification program.
