Discover the amazing cuisines of Provence and the French Mediterranean, home to some culinary greats such as Paul Bocuse and Jacques Torres. This part of France has a rich tradition for exceptional food, which is heavily influenced by its proximity to Spain, Italy and North Africa. Participating chefs will prepare dishes such as Bouillabaisse (soup), Duck Confit with Caramelized Apples and Lavender, Pan Roasted Monkfish with Fennel Broth and much more.
